Dear Creators,
What propels you forward? Often the motivation for change, growth, movement comes from a sense of dissatisfaction with what is, or a restlessness, a feeling of discomfort, dissatisfaction, wanting more of something. Be OK with that. Allow that. Be curious about that. What do you notice?
I love hearing from and coaching people who want more of something…more depth, learning, connection, sense of purpose, feeling of health, wellness - more, better, simpler. These are great areas for coaching - to explore what wants to be noticed, and find actions to move forward to create that. How do you reflect on what you are experiencing and consciously use that insight? What difference does it make? What actions do you take, what patterns do you modify, and what habits do you change?
Last week’s message reminded us that change is a constant. We are always in process. Today’s question is: Who do you want to be….in one year….five years….10 years? And, what will put you on that path and keep you on that path?
