Dear Creators,

Take a moment to reflect on your growth, your learning. Give yourself some acknowledgment for times when you have made a conscious choice that’s in harmony with what you want to create, when you have changed something – a thought – a behavior because you have grown, have greater insight, are coming from a bigger/more grounded perspective. Whoo – hoo!

Whatever the outcome of the action you have made a stand for yourself. You have lived more consciously. Appreciate that.

What do you notice about making conscious, healthy choices? What options might be faced?

- When to speak up……………………When to be silent

- When to trust…………………………. When to question

- When to hold on………………………When to let go

- When to be strong……………………When to be supported

It’s all part of the ongoing dance. Enjoy all of it, pay attention, adjust, learn new steps, listen, and give yourself a pat on the back for staying with it and doing your best in every moment.

Dear Creators,

This week remember to ask yourself, “What do I want to create here?” Pay attention as you go about your day, at home and at work; with friends, alone; resting, playing, eating, cleaning….ask: What do I want to create?

For example: Driving to the store – I want a safe, comfortable ride, a convenient parking space – a little walking is OK.

Evening at home – I want to feel relaxed, comfortable, have space and time to be quiet

Writing this message – I want words to come easily, want to capture thoughts that will communicate something worthwhile for me to keep in mind that I can also pass along to you.

Think about what you want, bring it to your awareness without struggle or stress. Pay attention and see what you notice.

Dear Creators,

The reminder today is to exercise your curiosity.

Being curious is perfectly compatible with being smart. It is probably essential to being smart. It may be though, that maintaining curiosity can be a bit uncomfortable when it comes up against not knowing something. For many of us being in that place of uncertainty can feel a bit uneasy. We want to figure things out, have an answer. Starting with being curious can motivate us to look for answers, consider possibilities, and notice connections.

Appreciate and exercise your sense of wonder, your willingness to look at things differently. We are never done learning and our enthusiasm and zest for exploring, for trying on new thoughts, and noticing our reactions can be energizing, and stimulating.

Dear Creators,

What does summer mean to you - how about….longer days…freedom….vacation….easy going….relaxed? Seems like a good opportunity to try something new; to do things differently; to give yourself permission to focus on something that you may not have time for otherwise.

So, here is my request. Use this beautiful time to focus on something that would “feed” you, refresh you, something just for the fun of it, something light and fun. It’s summer. Time to play.

Consciously choose something that sounds good to you, just for the doing of it. Notice what shows up. There could be some interesting learning here (just a side benefit).

Dear Creators,

Are you smiling? I am. The message I want to convey today makes me smile. What I have been remembering and offer for you to remember as well is to champion yourself, to appreciate yourself. Notice your thoughts about yourself. As you read this and as you go about your day and the celebrations, get togethers, and quiet moments of the holiday recognize what your presence contributes to every situation and event. Acknowledge the qualities you bring (thoughtfulness, courage, insight, humor....) and all the things you can do (organize, communicate, empathize, negotiate, learn, question, cook, clean...). Notice and appreciate your energy.

Your mission in life is to be you! To be the full expression of you. What we focus on expands, so let’s revel in and grow those parts of ourselves that we love and appreciate.

This does not give us an inflated ego, as doubt and “gremlins” may try to tell us. Truly recognizing and loving our own uniqueness, our inner being keeps us grounded and connected to our intuition. When we truly appreciate ourselves we are also able to appreciate others. And, we are so full of self love and acknowledgment - we have it abundance – we can be generous, giving love and acknowledgement to others. What a gift!
