Dear Creators,

How many times a day can you catch yourself and be aware of the connections between your action, your thought, your feeling, and your motivation? All of these elements (and more – consider the body’s elaborate system of connections) are operating simultaneously at any given moment. How often do you notice the links?

Like this….

Action: drinking coffee, looking out the window, noting ideas for the message

Thought: there is something to say about being present to the moment – this is such a beautiful day, much to do, want to get this out and get outside, on with other errands

Feeling: quiet, reflective, happy anticipation

Motivation: connecting with you, communicating something worthwhile, being reliable & consistent

Ok – this took a while to gather and put into words; but, in reality this happens in a moment. As you go about doing your usual things just pay attention. Notice the connections. Learn about yourself. What are you thinking? What motivates you? What are you creating?
