Weekly message about creating your new normal

This is a message from Judy Panek, MS, CPCC

Certified Professional Co-Active Coach

Good Morning,

Today the question is about flexibility. What comes up when you consider being flexible? There may be some resistance. Too much flexibility may feel like not standing for anything, being at the mercy of others at the expense of your needs, wishes, ideas. On the other hand, too little flexibility can mean being rigid, unable to change, stuck.

See what you discover as you reflect on flexible thinking, actions, movement this week. It is important for our bodies to nurture flexibility; can this also be true in other aspects of our lives?

What do you think?

Judy

  1. Baby steps are powerful. In September 2008 I recalling taking the baby step of announcing to Judy that I wanted to get my degree. Her "Oh that's wonderful!" response spurred me on. Today I look back at each baby step: applying, getting accepted, enrolling, taking my first class, getting my first grades, finishing my first class, and doing it all over and over until I am now a Bachelors Degree holder. Don't underestimate the power of one step at a time.
